This is a special one-off trip organised for you to get the most out of your time in Thailand. You will be training, exploring the island, bathing with elephants, visiting beach clubs, enjoying the best food, and having many cool adventures while staying in luxurious accommodation.

This trip is fully guided! We hope to see you there!

There is no training during the Sonkran Festival.

There is no training on Christmas Day and no training on New Years Day.

Accommodation

For the duration of your stay, you will be staying right next to the Ultimate Fitness Training area, in an environment very much focused on training, recovery, and eating well.  

The rooms: We have 3 room options available. In the rooms, you find the following amenities:

Ensuite bathroom with hot water shower, toilet, sink, air conditioning, fridge, cable TV, free wifi, safety deposit box, tea and coffee making facilities, daily room cleaning, towels, and bathrobe.

Single room Boutique: Around 27 m²
Single Value room: Around 22 m²  
Twin room: The Boutique room with 2 single beds or one big bed depending on what you prefer.

Resort Facilities

Ultimate Fitness is proud to operate the fitness training facility right at our luxurious resort. Roll out of bed straight into training, finish training, and head to chill directly in one of the 3 amazing pools, 15 metres from the gym.

Hit up the ice bath or grab a massage. You may never want to leave! It’s the little details that make a big difference, the small attention to detail, premium ceramic flooring, Balinese stone in the pool, koi, carp fish, pond, and beautifully designed garden with tropical plants, mango trees, coconut palms, and banana leaves.

Need to get some work done? You can work from your room, but you van also enjoy a full airconditioned co working space and great wifi and delicious coffee.

FAQ´s

Where is the camp?

The location of the resort and training area is in Chalong, a quiet area in the centre of Phuket, the perfect location for training without too much temptation. 40 min from the airport by taxi and 20 min from stunning beaches. In walking distance there are restaurants, shopping malls. But also the beautiful Wat Chalong, a beautiful Thai temple. The resort is very peaceful.

What about meals?

Meals are not included at the Thailand Fitness Bootcamp. However, the resort where you will be staying has an amazing menu with western and Thai food and also meals focused on fitness. The restaurant is open from 8 am to 8 pm. There is an inside area and also an area by the pool. The food and service are amazing. Meals are between 4 and 8 euro per meal.

Need extra protien? No problem, we also serve protein shakes.

How do you get there?

You will have to fly into Phuket Airport. Once you get out of the airport, there will be a taxi stand where you can arrange a taxi. In the pre departure information that you will receive upon booking, you find all the information. If you like you can also pre arrange a taxi with us. This way, someone will be standing just outside of the airport with a sign with your name on it. They will bring you to our resort!

How do you get back to the airport?

Return airport transfer can be arranged with the Ultimate Fitness staff on site.

What do you need to bring?

Please bring suitable training gear, such as trainers, a couple of pairs of shorts, sports bras and training tops. We advise bringing a towel to the gym and a beach towel as well. You can do a wash, the cost for this is low and you will get it back washed and folded the next day. The cost will be put on your room, and you can pay on check out. Also, bring a refillable water bottle.

How much money do you need?

This depends on your own spending choices, but you can pay all expenses made at the resort on card. We advise you to take out money at the airport or exchange it at the airport on arrival. About 100 euro in Thai Bath will last you for a bit, andthere are cashmachines in the area if you wish to take out more cash. In the morefancy restaurants and beach clubs you can pay by card.

What excursion options are there?

There are many excursion you can book in Thailand. There are Elephant Parks, Tiger Parks, there are beach cliubs and beaches you can visit,

Can I cook at the accommodation?

No you can't cook at the accommodation.You do have a mini fridge in the room.

What is there to do when you are not training?

Plenty. Beaches, beach bars, amazing hikes and night markets. There are tons of excursions too. You can arrange this at the toor desk at he resort.

Can we cater for Vegetarian and Vegan diets?

Yes.te restaurant can cater for most diets.

When do Bootcamps start?

All our Bootcamps start each Sunday with options to join us from one week right up to 12 weeks. Please speak with one of the team if you cannot join us on Sunday.

Can you add personal training sessions to the programme locally?

Yes, you can book additional personal training sessions locally. Sessions are about 60 euros per session. You can arrange this with our trainer locally.

How do I get around?

Taxi´s are cheap and easy.

Do I have to attend all classes?

No you don't, no one will make you get out of bed to come training. But you will find it's very addictive and most clients have no issues making it to class.

What happens on arrival?

On arrival you can check in at the reception desk from 2 pm. You can add yourself to a whatsapp group, the details for this are in an email we send you a few days before arrival. The training starts on Monday morning 8.30 am.
