We will do weekly check-ins every week. We'll do a weekly review. Assessing your own training, nutrition, and lifestyle on a weekly basis is crucial to stay on top of things.

It's the best way to spot faults and mistakes early so that we can nip them in the bud. From there, we create a plan for the next week. This way, we ensure that we will always do things right and you won't be alone in this process. There's also a community group chat in our group. You can ask questions, share wins, be vulnerable, share recipes, or simply crack, some jokes. This is also a platform where I share daily tips and 

The coaching will be delivered via your own personal app. On this app, you can log daily metrics, check your personalized training plan, check your nutrition, upload progress, pictures, and more.
