Day 1, Arrival Day – Welcome to Bali

Your Ultimate Fitness Adventure starts now! Arrive in beautiful Bali and make your way to our exclusive fitness Villa in Canggu. Check in time!
We have a meal all together out in the area but before we meet at the villa, wether you stay in the villa or hotel.You will meet our guide and have a chilled but fun evening and get to know everyone.

You’ll check into your accommodation, meet your trainers and fellow travelers, and settle into the tropical vibe.In the afternoon, unwind by the pool, explore the nearby beach, or grab a smoothie and soak it all in. That evening, we’ll kick things off with a rooftop dinner featuring delicious Indonesian cuisine and a welcome chat with our team. It’s the perfect way to bond with your crew and set your intentions for the week.

Day 2 – Training & Temples

Start your day with an empowering group training session at BYND—Bali’s stunning jungle gym. Surrounded by nature and great energy, this is where your fitness journey kicks into gear. After training, we head into Bali’s cultural heartland. Visit Taman Ayun, a royal water temple surrounded by gardens and lotus ponds. Then, explore Tanah Lot, a majestic sea temple perched on a rocky outcrop, perfect for unforgettable photos. End the day with a sunset on the beach and, for the social butterflies, an optional night out in Canggu.

Day 3 – Training & Surf

We start the with another traiing sessions, hitting different musscle group.
Time to hit the waves! Today we combine fitness with fun as we head to the world-famous Kuta Beach for a group surf lesson. Whether you’re a total beginner or already shredding, our instructors have your back (and your board). Expect laughs, splashes, and maybe a few surprise wipeouts! Afterwards, chill out at the pool or stroll the beach. Sunset drinks, good vibes, and beachside dinners wrap up another epic day.

Day 4 – Training & Ubud

We’re heading to the lush jungles of Ubud for a change of pace. First, we stop at the Tegenungan Waterfall for a refreshing dip and photoshoot. Then it’s off to Ubud—home of rice terraces, monkey forests, and boho markets.Check into your Ubud accommodation and enjoy some free time to explore. In the evening, we’ll hit a local live music venue and stop for some famous coconut ice cream. Expect a magical mix of local culture and unforgettable moments.

Day 5 – Training, Rest & Recovery

Today’s all about balance. After a light recovery workout or optional yoga session, you’ll have the afternoon free to relax or explore. Visit the rice terraces, hit the spa, or join a cultural workshop. We’ll wrap it up with a group dinner and a toast to how far you’ve already come!

Day 6 – Training, Beach Club

It’s our final full day together, so let’s make it count! Crush your final training session in the morning, then celebrate your progress in style at the legendary Café Del Mar Beach Club. Sip cocktails, soak up the sun, and enjoy luxe vibes as you reflect on an incredible week with amazing people. Transport is included, entrance and meals and drinks are not.

Day 7 – Chilled Check-Out or Gili Islands Extension

Check out and say your goodbyes—or not just yet…You now have the option to extend your adventure with a 2-day Gili Islands experience.

Board a fast boat to the Gili islands where we spend two nights. White-sand beaches, crystal waters, and relaxed island vibes await. Perfect for snorkeling, sunsets, and winding down in paradise after a high-energy week.Whether you’re heading home stronger and sunnier, or continuing on with the Gili crew, this is a week you’ll never forget.

Much of the training program is focused on Strenght, Hybrid,  or Crossfit Style. Due to the intensity of these sessions, it can be quite strenuous on your body, so we include a lot of rest time and more low-intensity activities to help your body recover and rebuild in between sessions.


After pushing your limits and transforming your body in Bali, it’s time to reward yourself with the perfect island escape.
On November 13th, trade the energy of Canggu for the turquoise waters and barefoot vibes of the Gili Islands – where no cars, no worries, and no deadlines exist.

Day 1: Gili Trawangan – Hop on a fast boat from Sanur and cruise across the Bali Sea to arrive in paradise. Settle into your stylish beachfront hotel on Gili Trawangan, known for its vibrant sunsets, soft white sand, and boho charm. Spend the afternoon snorkeling, cycling the island, or just lounging with a fresh coconut in hand. As the sun sets, we check out a nice retsuarant.

Day 2: Gili Meno – The next morning, take a short boat ride to the serene shores of Gili Meno – the quietest of the three islands and a sanctuary for sea turtles and tranquility. This is your moment to breathe, reflect, and fully reset.

Day 3: Back to Bali or Onward to Adventure – Wake up to the sound of waves and birdsong, grab one last ocean swim, and feel your body and mind fully aligned before heading back to Bali or continuing your journey refreshed, recharged, and inspired.

FAQ´s

How do you get there?

You will need to fly into Bali Denpasar International Airport. You can make your own way to the accommodation if in Bali before hand or pre book an airport pick up with us and we will meet you at the airport and bring you to the accommodation.

How do you get back to the airport?

Return airport transfers can be arranged with the Ultimate Fitness staff on site. Price is around 10 - 15 Euro.

What do you need to bring?

Please bring suitable training gear, such as trainers, a couple of pairs of shorts, sports bras and training tops. We advise bringing a gym towel and a beach towel or a sarong, or buy it here in Bali. You can do a wash, the cost for this is about 5 euros per load, payable locally. Bring a refillable water bottle.

How much money do you need?

This depends on your own spending choices, but as breakfast and lunch from Monday to Friday are included and meals out are usually between €15 - €25. You can add on excursions locally.

What excursion options are there?

Many! You can do a lot of really exciting excurions in Bali, You can have a chat with our team when you are there, but there are waterfalls, Nice villages, beach clubs, surfing, hiking volcanoes etc. At weekends you will have time to explore Bali on your own, or with others from the boot camp.

When is thebest time to come?

High season is the dry season. Between April and September, Bali is typically busier than usual. While temperatures are pretty constant all year round, it's rainfall that can make the difference between the months. In rainy season, usually between October through to March, you can expect downpours mainly at night. It doesn't necessarily mean it's going to be constantly raining all the time. You can have some heavy rains and then it's sunny. It is also cooler to train during the rainy season. The boot camp runs all year, come rain or shine.

When do Bootcamps start?

All our Bootcamps start each Sunday with options to join us from one week right up to 8 weeks. Please speak with one of the team if you cannot join us on Sunday.

How do I get around?

Scooters are widely available for hire; however, we do not recommend people hire them. Traffic conditions are crazy in Bali, and it is not uncommon for people to have a very serious accident on a scooter. We will not take any responsibility for any accidents or damage that occurs from clients renting scooters.Taxis are cheap and easy to arrange.

Is the shared accommodation mixed sex?

Check-in and Check-out timeCheck-outOn Sunday check-out is at 10 am.  You can leave your stuff with us if you have a later flight and if you want to go to the beach for example.Check-inSunday is after 3 pm, but we have an area where you can chill, have a coffee and leave your stuff so you can explore.Check-in needs to be before 9 pm. Please make sure your flights arrive before 7 pm.

Can I come on my own?

Yes! 90% of our clients join the boot camp on their own. In fact far from being a problem, we would encourage people to do so. It's a very social environment at the camp and you will make friends very quickly.

Do I have to attend the training classes?

No you don't, no one will make you get out of bed to come training. But you will find it's very addictive and most clients have no issues making it to class.On average people train between 2 - 3 hours per day. You have a good mix of group cross fit training sessions and optional personal training session too, although the latter will require local payment.Can you add personal training sessions to the programme locally?Yes you can book additional personal training sessions locally.
