Wednesday Excursions are included and may involve trips to cultural sites like temples, waterfalls and areas of local interest. One included excursion per week May have local payments.

Saturday Excursions are optional that can be organized for members of the group but have local payments. Examples, Volcano hikes, surf lessons,  Gili Island trips, and beach clubs.

Monday Dinner refers to a group welcome meal, clients are asked to settle their own bill, and food & drinks and taxis are not included. Healthy Snack refers to fruit before training.

With our constantly varied programming, you will rarely do the same workout. You will never have to programme your workouts or spend hours in the gym. Instead, each day a workout will be provided for you that is scalable to suit your fitness level.

Why Bali?

Ultimate Fitness Bali  is located beachside in Jimbaran.

We utilise a 10,000 sq meter training area both indoors and outdoors. Full cross-fit set up, beach volleyball courts, Astroturf training area, and full indoor gym with free weights and resistance machines.

For warming down there is a huge lap pool. If you are looking to chill between training sessions, you can enjoy the largest south facing pool in Bali, with beach club.With an impressive roster of trainers, we are continually improving our fitness routines. We have multiple classes to pick and choose from, so beginners and advanced athletes are welcome. A week might typically include Cross-fit style workouts, HIIT training (High-intensity interval training),  Strenght & technique training, Stretching classes,  Metcon and Circuit Training.

The timetable can change depending on the roster of trainers, and weather conditions may also affect the activity, but the itinerary gives you an idea of some of the styles of training available. It is really comprehensive and everything here is to help you achieve your goals.

It’s a great way to meet other people and really get the most out of your holiday.From surf beaches and surf lessons, trips to temples, and a day out to Ubud.

The Monkey Forest, rices paddies and waterfalls all make Bali an incredible experience you can't miss out on. And if you're feeling brave, the famous Bali Swing is an optional activity you can choose to sign on for.

Resort Facilities

Your fitness training will be complemented perfectly with a beautiful shared villa and epic pool, right next door to the training area. The villa is located 150 meters from the beach in Jimbaran.

There are several accommodation options:
Twin room: we partner you up with a member of the same sex. These rooms are ensuite.
Single room: your own room. These rooms are ensuite.
4-Share room: There are two 4-Share rooms. Both rooms have two bunk beds. One 4-Share is for Girls only and One 4-Share is mixed.

The 4-Share rooms share one bathroom. We have one extra Toilet in the Villa, plus we have a modern shower block with toilets and showers right next-door by the pool. So there won't be a long waiting time, but please take into account the 4 share is more Hostel style accommodation which reflects the cheaper price.

Note 4 share does not include lunches. Only Breakfast Monday to Friday.

Working out together and living together is a very bonding experience, it’s a great way to meet like-minded people and make new friends.

Private Villa Packages

The Private Villa  Package in Bali is here for you if you prefer your own villa. You can expect luxury and privacy. You can book the villa just for yourself or share it with friends or family.
The inclusions of the Ultimate Fitness Bootcamp are the same, plus an additional 2 PT sessions exclusively for your group, and 2 in-villa massages per person.
All villas are located within a 5 min walk from the training area and restaurant. No more than 500 meters from the beach!

The price depends on if you book the villa just for you or if you are booking with other people. We have priced the 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom villas up. If you prefer a 3 bedroom villa please ask us for the options and a quote.

Training Facilities

The first thing to mention is that no two days will be the same. Also depending on your own personal fitness goals timetables can vary depending on the fitness programmes you select.

We are very proud of our roster of fitness trainers. We boast some of the top fitness trainers in the industry. Whether you are not fit in the slightest and looking to improve your fitness or are a professional athlete, our trainers can give you the push you need.

One thing we should mention is we are not a huge gym with walk-ins where it is all about cramming as many people in as possible. At UF we run smaller groups of up to 20, meaning more personalised training and attention from our trainers.

Flights

Flights are not included. Please also book with us first, before booking your flight. We will need to reserve your place and make sure there is availability.

Send us what you would like from your trip using our Build Your Trip booking form, and we will come back to you within 24 hours to confirm. Once we have issued you your confirmation invoice, you are then good to book your flights into Denpasar, Bali.

Visas

The maximum amount of time you can join is eight weeks. We are limited by the Visa restrictions. In most cases you can get a 30-day Visa on arrival and then extend this to 60 days.

VOA cost is IDR 500k and you can extend with for another 30 days.

Please note this advice is subject to change so you should do your own research into visas and entry requirements as well.

Travelling Alone

Most people who attend the camp, are independent travelers and arrive at the camp on their own. If you are concerned about traveling solo, don't be. There is such a social atmosphere at the camp, and it is a really supportive environment where everyone gets to know each other very quickly.

Serious physical exercise in a group can be quite a bonding experience we assure you! So really it does not take long for people to get to know one another.

Training

The training schedule takes place at our own on-site training area. Roll out of bed straight into it. You also have access to train there and use the equipment throughout the day.

Much of the training program is focused on HIIT or Crossfit Style. Due to the intensity of these sessions, it can be quite strenuous on your body, so we include a lot of rest time and more low-intensity activities to help your body recover and rebuild in between sessions.

Help & Guidance

Some people are new to training, and fitness in general. If you are feeling out of your depth or if you want to discuss your fitness goals and get advice on the best training plan for you our resort based trainers is there for you.

While we endeavour to sit down with guests to run them through the training options individually, the onus is on you to speak up and talk to our trainers about what you need. The UF team is here to help, but we can only help if you ask.

FAQ´s

Where is the camp?

The camp is located in Cala san Vincent, a short walk to 3 beaches. It is a small hamlet close to the larger town of Pollenca and Port de Pollenca. Both 10 minutes by taxi or by bus.

What about drinks packages ?

You can choose to add a water pack to your booking and also a drinks pack.What does this include?Water Pack 10 eur per stayWe are committed to keeping our impact on the environment low so we have introduced a high-quality mineralised, UV-treated filtered water station, allowing you to refill your reusable bottles without the need for excessive plastic consumption. Our water is tested regularly to ensure it remains high quality.Price €10 per stay.

Free fill-up stations are available, also in the training area.Drinks pack 35 eur per weekFree of charge over breakfast and lunch time we offer coffee and tea and water. But if you add on a drinks package for 35 euros a week you will receive a protein shake over breakfast and a fruit shake over lunch. Keep in mind that a protein shake is normally worth 7 euro.

How do you get there?

You will need to fly to Palma de Mallorca Airport. From there take a bus or Taxi to Cala San Vincente to the UF hotel where you can check in after 3 pm. We are located here:Carrer de Mestre Paco, 1507469 Cala Sant Vicenç, Illes Balears We can arrange the bus transfer for you.

There is a pickup point at the airport and the transfer company will bring you to the hotel. The Bus takes about 1 hour. 20 eur The taxi stop is outside of the airport, but you can also pre-arrange a taxi. about 100 eur. All details will be in the pre departure information email you will receive upon full payment. Car rental is also an option. Prices change all the time, and are different per week.

How do you get back to the airport?

Return airport transfer can be arranged with the Ultimate Fitness staff on site. Taxi, Taxi and bus or Bus.

What do you need to bring?

Please bring suitable training gear such as trainers, a couple of pairs of shorts, sports bras and training tops. We advise bringing a towel as well to take to the gym and a beach towel. You can do a wash, the cost for this is 5 euros per load payable in cash to our staff.Also, bring a refillable water bottle.

How much money do you need?

This depends on your own spending choices, but as most meals are covered you only need to cover your external excursions and activities, plus dinner each evening. Meals out are usually between €15 - €25.

What excursion options are there?

Excursions take place on Saturdays and are not included in the price of the program. There are various options:Robinson Catamaran Boat Trip:€58: SAILING (10h. – 15h) 5h AUGUST & SEPTEMBER EVERY DAY.After boarding and being introduced to the crew, we’ll hoist the sails with your help and will set off on our relaxing catamaran tripINCLUDINGgoggles, flippers, lunch with drinks.

Per person extra services :(Transport 9€ Per person go and back)  Robinson Pirate Boat // Pirate Boat(10h – 15,00h) 5H. (LUNCH WITH DRINKS) (May to October) 58,00€Spend 5 hours exploring the bays, beaches and cliffs of Mallorca on a pirate cruiser. Formentor Look Out. Head up to the beautiful world heritage site with dramatic clifftop views. only possible by public bus, good to combine with going to Formentor beach.Water Park. Entrance fee not included. The waterpark is in Alcudia, there is also a bigger one in Palma.

Can I cook at the accommodation?

No you can't cook at the accommodation, but breakfast and lunch are provided from Monday to Friday. Dinner is generally eaten out at local restaurants. We make reservations for you, or for the whole group if you like.

What is there to do when you are not training?

Plenty. Beaches, beach bars, amazing viewpoints and look-outs. There is a range of tours you can do, from boat trips to cycling tours. There are local markets you can visit too, or even go to Palma town for the day.Check out the excursions available to you.

Can we cater for Vegetarian and Vegan diets?

Yes. If you have any dietary requirements do let us know at time of booking.

When do Bootcamps start?

All our Bootcamps start each Sunday with options to join us from one week right up to 8 weeks. Please speak with one of the team if you cannot join us on Sunday.

Can you add personal training sessions to the programme locally?

Yes, you can book additional personal training sessions locally. Sessions are 60 euros per session.If you are with 2 people we charge 75 euros, and the max is 3 people, 100 euros. You can arrange this locally or buy a pack up front.when you book 3 sessions a week, there is a 10% discount and guaranteed space.

How do I get around?

The accommodation is just a short walk to the beach in Cala san Vincent. The centre of the closest towns (Pollenca and Port de Pollenca)  is 15 minutes by bus, 5 minutes by taxi.  Taxis into town will cost about €12.You can also hire a car or scooter at various locations. We have some good contacts.

We also have 1 car available at Ultimate Fitness. The price is 400 euros a week (Monday to Saturday) or 80 euros a day. Pick up and drop off at the Ultimate Fitness accommodation.

Is the shared accommodation mixed sex?

Check-in and Check-out timeCheck-outOn Sunday check-out is at 10 am.  You can leave your stuff with us if you have a later flight and if you want to go to the beach for example.Check-inSunday is after 3 pm, but we have an area where you can chill, have a coffee and leave your stuff so you can explore.Check-in needs to be before 9 pm. Please make sure your flights arrive before 7 pm.

What happens on arrival?

No you don't, no one will make you get out of bed to come training. But you will find it's very addictive and most clients have no issues making it to class.On average people train between 2 - 3 hours per day. You have a good mix of group training sessions and you can join the SUP sessions too. When you are not training you have the beach close by and a great garden to chill at!

Do I have to attend the training classes?

We usually have a meal together on Sunday at 7pm, the best way to get to know each other. Would be great if you can make this. Also at 3 pm you can check in and around 5 pm we have a introduction to the area and we show you around.
