Your ultimate fitness adventure is about to begin! Get ready to pack your bags, grab your gear, and catch a flight to Bali!

From there, head straight to our camp in Canggu, where you’ll meet your fitness crew and start making connections that will last a lifetime. After a quick welcome talk with our expert trainers, you’ll have a chance to settle in, unwind by the pool, head to the beach, or explore Canggu.

In the evening, we’ll kick things off with a rooftop dinner, featuring a taste of authentic Indonesian cuisine to fuel you for the week ahead. It’s the perfect opportunity to get to know your fellow adventurers, share your fitness goals, and gear up for the exciting days ahead. The night won’t end there, though! For those who are up for it, we'll hit the beachside bars in Canggu for a fun evening by the sea. Ready to start your fitness journey the right way? Let's go!

Day 1- Training & Temples

What better way to kick off your Bali fitness adventure than with a blend of culture and training? Start your day strong with an energizing workout at 11 AM at BYND, one of Bali’s most stunning gyms. Surrounded by lush greenery and world-class facilities, this training session will set the tone for the active days ahead. After crushing your workout, it’s time to dive into Bali’s rich culture. We’ll visit two of the island’s most famous temples, starting with the Royal Temple of Taman Ayun, which translates to ‘beautiful garden.’ It lives up to its name, with incredible architecture, serene ponds, and vibrant landscapes. From there, we’ll make our way to Tanah Lot, a breathtaking temple perched on a rock formation in the sea—perfect for exploring and capturing those iconic Bali photos.In the evening, we’ll wind down by watching a magical sunset at one of Canggu’s most picturesque beaches, soaking in the views and recharging for the night ahead. If you’re ready to experience the nightlife, Canggu’s vibrant bar scene awaits, offering everything from laid-back beach vibes to a lively party atmosphere. Ready for a night out after a day of fitness and adventure? Let’s do this!

Day 2 Training & Surf

Get ready to hit the beach and catch some epic waves! It's time for your very own surf lesson on the iconic Kuta Beach, one of the best surf spots in Asia. Our awesome local instructors will guide you through the basics and help you master some moves in the waves. Let’s be real—if you can stay on your board for more than 5 seconds, we'll be seriously impressed! But who knows, you might just be a natural. For the more experienced surfers, you're welcome to jump straight in and practice your skills—just don’t show off too much! After a day in the ocean, we’ll unwind by the rooftop pool or take a relaxing beach stroll. Your guide will have tons of fun ideas for the afternoon. We’ll wrap up the day with a breathtaking sunset, cocktail in hand, swapping stories about your amazing 360 spin—yep, we saw it!

Day 3 Training & Ubud

Grab your bags, we're heading to the bohemian jungle town of Ubud! Known for its iconic terraced rice paddies, temples, shrines, and cheeky monkeys, Ubud is a must-see. But first, we'll cool off at the stunning Tegenungan Waterfall, a hidden gem (unless you've heard of it—5 points to Gryffindor!). Optional: strike a pose and flick your hair back for that Insta-worthy waterfall shot. Once we check into the hotel, you'll have time to explore the town, chat with the friendly locals, and sample some Ubud treats. After freshening up, we'll head to one of Bali's coolest live music spots, play some pool, and make a stop at the famous coconut ice cream parlour—trust us, you won’t want to miss it!

Day 5 Training and Cafe Del Mar Beach Club

Thursday’s here, and it’s time to kick things off with a killer training session to keep those gains going strong! After sweating it out, we’re heading to the iconic Café Del Mar Beach Club—Bali’s ultimate spot for sunset drinks and poolside vibes. This place is legendary, perfect for relaxing, catching some rays, and yes, showing off those new abs you’ve been working hard for! Whether you're lounging by the pool or sipping cocktails with a view, Café Del Mar is all about beachside luxury, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of fitness. Trust us, it’s the place to be!

Day 6 Chilled Check Out

Ah, here we are—last day. Time to say goodbye to your Ultimate Fitness crew, the incredible island of Bali, and this life-changing experience. But don’t worry, it’s just goodbye for now! Most of our guests can’t resist returning for more at our epic camps in Thailand or Spain. Whether you’re off to explore more of Indonesia, heading home stronger than ever, or planning your next fitness adventure or want to stay on and train at the gym? Your guide’s got you covered. FAQ´s

How do you get there?

You will need to fly into Bali Denpasar International Airport. You can make your own way to the accommodation if in Bali before hand or pre book an airport pick up with us and we will meet you at the airport and bring you to the accommodation.

How do you get back to the airport?

Return airport transfers can be arranged with the Ultimate Fitness staff on site. Price is around 10 - 15 Euro.

What do you need to bring?

Please bring suitable training gear, such as trainers, a couple of pairs of shorts, sports bras and training tops. We advise bringing a gym towel and a beach towel or a sarong, or buy it here in Bali. You can do a wash, the cost for this is about 5 euros per load, payable locally. Bring a refillable water bottle.

How much money do you need?

This depends on your own spending choices, but as breakfast and lunch from Monday to Friday are included and meals out are usually between €15 - €25. You can add on excursions locally.

What excursion options are there?

Many! You can do a lot of really exciting excurions in Bali, You can have a chat with our team when you are there, but there are waterfalls, Nice villages, beach clubs, surfing, hiking volcanoes etc. At weekends you will have time to explore Bali on your own, or with others from the boot camp.

When is thebest time to come?

High season is the dry season. Between April and September, Bali is typically busier than usual. While temperatures are pretty constant all year round, it's rainfall that can make the difference between the months. In rainy season, usually between October through to March, you can expect downpours mainly at night. It doesn't necessarily mean it's going to be constantly raining all the time. You can have some heavy rains and then it's sunny. It is also cooler to train during the rainy season. The boot camp runs all year, come rain or shine.

When do Bootcamps start?

All our Bootcamps start each Sunday with options to join us from one week right up to 8 weeks. Please speak with one of the team if you cannot join us on Sunday.

How do I get around?

Scooters are widely available for hire; however, we do not recommend people hire them. Traffic conditions are crazy in Bali, and it is not uncommon for people to have a very serious accident on a scooter. We will not take any responsibility for any accidents or damage that occurs from clients renting scooters.Taxis are cheap and easy to arrange.

Is the shared accommodation mixed sex?

Check-in and Check-out timeCheck-outOn Sunday check-out is at 10 am.  You can leave your stuff with us if you have a later flight and if you want to go to the beach for example.Check-inSunday is after 3 pm, but we have an area where you can chill, have a coffee and leave your stuff so you can explore.Check-in needs to be before 9 pm. Please make sure your flights arrive before 7 pm.

Can I come on my own?

Yes! 90% of our clients join the boot camp on their own. In fact far from being a problem, we would encourage people to do so. It's a very social environment at the camp and you will make friends very quickly.

Do I have to attend the training classes?

No you don't, no one will make you get out of bed to come training. But you will find it's very addictive and most clients have no issues making it to class.On average people train between 2 - 3 hours per day. You have a good mix of group cross fit training sessions and optional personal training session too, although the latter will require local payment.Can you add personal training sessions to the programme locally?Yes you can book additional personal training sessions locally.
