The location of our Fitness Holiday in Spain is very special. Mallorca is known to be a very popular holiday destination for its beautiful beaches and stunning landscapes, but it’s also an exceptionally good place to run a Fitness Bootcamp. With it´s stunning hikes, nice towns, and beautiful bays, there is always something nice to explore.

The Ultimate Fitness Spanish Bootcamp is located in the north of the island, sandwiched between a world heritage site, the beautiful, picturesque resort town of Cala san Vincent, and a national park.

Imagine feeling better about your fitness, meeting other like-minded people at a stunning location. Kind of makes you want to drop everything immediately and pursue a fitter, healthier you! This gives great opportunities to do exceptionally fun and effective workout sessions all outdoors in a beautiful natural environment.

After your training you can dip into the Mediterranean, bliss!

A Fitness Holiday is not all about working out, it’s important to stress the fun social atmosphere you get in these types of camps. The majority of people do tend to come alone, which makes them a great place to meet people.

Everyone is in the same boat, it’s a super supportive atmosphere and very conducive to reaching your fitness goals, without feeling like it’s hard work.

There are plenty of other activities on offer as well. PT sessions, massages, hikes, beach time, Kite surfing, Stand Up Paddle, running, cycling, cliff jumping, visiting nearby towns! Check out the FAQ´s for all options.

MEALS

Ultimate Fitness provides a healthy breakfast from Monday to Friday. We can cater to most diets and allergies.

Other meals are not included. Our team usually makes reservations and has great suggestions for the group. You do not have to join, but usually everyone sticks together. It is a fun way to get to know the area there are plenty of healthy restaurants to enjoy with your fellow Bootcampers.

Accommodation

Our Fitness Holiday accommodation is exclusively for bootcampers. Although it's not a luxury hotel, it's the best place to stay to get the full experience! Working out together, and living together is a very bonding experience, and it's a great way to make friends.

The accommodation  has single and twin shared rooms and a 4-shared room.If you travel solo and book a twin or 4-shared room, we will pair you up with someone of the same sex.

The single and twin shared rooms all have a seperate ensuite bathroom, they are fan-cooled (no air conditioning), and have a balcony.

The 4 shared is female only and is air-conditioned with an ensuite bathroom, but no balcony.



It is also a haven for relaxation when you are not training. With a lounge area, a communal balcony, and a rooftop terrace with views of the ocean. The apartment has lots of space where you can relax, hang out together, or enjoy time for yourself. If you need to get some work done, we have co-working spaces in the lounge available for our guests too.

The accommodation is located 400 meters from the most stunning bays. Imagine clear blue Mediterranean Sea, perfect for dipping in after the training sessions. The yoga will take place on the roof terrace, and the training area is right next door to our apartment, so rolling out of bed and starting training is easy.

Please note that there are no cooking facilities, as breakfast and lunch are included Monday to Friday. Dinners and meals at the weekend are generally taken out. The apartment is super convenient, fun, clean, and spacious, but it is important to stress that it is not a hotel. If you prefer a hotel experience, then the training-only options are for you. We have recommendations for local hotels and AirBnB options.

Training Facilities

The first thing to mention is that no two days are the same. You can expect strength and conditioning sessions and high-intensity sessions, ensuring a well-rounded approach to physical fitness.

The training sessions take place in our outdoor shaded training area that provides not only a perfect place for work outs, but also breathtaking views of the stunning surrounding mountains, creating an ideal atmosphere for pushing your limits and achieving your fitness goals.

Our fantastic setup includes a full CrossFit rig, barbells, plates, kettlebells, dumbbells, skipping ropes, TRX systems, wall balls, sandbags, massive tyres for flipping and more. It is the perfect area to achieve your goals.

We are very proud of our roster of fitness trainers. We boast some of the top fitness trainers in the industry. Whether you are not fit in the slightest, if you are looking to improve your fitness or are a professional athlete, our trainers can give you the push you need.

One thing we should mention is that we are not a huge gym with walk-ins where it is all about cramming as many people in as possible. At Ultimate Fitness, we run smaller groups of up to 20, meaning more personalised training and attention from our trainers.

Training Only Option

At our Mallorca Bootcamp, we can only offer so many accommodation options. It is lovely, supportive, super social, and close to the beach. But be quick, because most weeks get sold out. If we have no space left, or if you are looking for a bit more luxurious options, you can also opt for the following options:


Training Only option

Training only means you can join the following sessions from Monday to Friday:Yoga, group fitness sessions, beach volleyball, a Stand Up paddle lesson and naturetreks as per the schedule. But it's excluding free use of the gym and stand uppaddles throughout the week, and excluding Meals (breakfast and lunch). Price training only: The price is superb. Just €299  EUR a week.


Training only plus meals option

you can join the following sessions from Monday to Friday:. Yoga, group fitnesssessions, beach volleyball, a Stand Up paddle lesson and nature treks as perthe schedule. Also Included are breakfast and lunch from Monday to Friday.

This is even better because you are more part of the group, having breakfast and lunch together next to the training sessions. Price training only plus meals (Monday to Friday breakfast and lunch): total €479.

Training-only bookings start on Mondays, 15 minutes before the first training session, and end Friday after the last training session. You are of course welcome to join the welcome dinner on Sunday!

FAQ´s

Where is the camp?

The camp is located in Cala san Vincent, a short walk to 3 beaches. It is a small hamlet close to the larger town of Pollenca and Port de Pollenca. Both 10 minutes by taxi or by bus.

What about drinks packages ?

You can choose to add a water pack to your booking and also a drinks pack. What does this include? Water Pack 10 eur per stay. We are committed to keeping our impact on the environment low, so we have introduced a high-quality mineralised, UV-treated filtered water station, allowing you to refill your reusable bottles without the need for excessive plastic consumption. Our water is tested regularly to ensure it remains of high quality. Price €10 per stay.

Protein pack 25 eur per week
If you add on a drinks package for 25 euros a week you will receive a protein shake over breakfast 5 days a week. Fast-absorbing proteins deliver amino acids into your bloodstream precisely when they're needed the most. Consuming protein powder after a workout will help your tired muscles recover faster and bounce back even stronger. We recommend having a serving of protein powder within 40 minutes of exercise for best results. Hence why we serve them over breakfast.

How do you get there?

You will need to fly to Palma de Mallorca Airport. From there take a bus or Taxi to Cala San Vincente to the UF hotel where you can check in after 3 pm. We are located here: Carrer de Mestre Paco, 1507469 Cala Sant Vicenç, Illes Balears. We can help you to arrange the bus transfer too. You can chosse a bus transfer company or a local bus. All will be explained in the pre departure information that you will receive upon confirming your booking.

Car rental is also an option. Prices change all the time, and are different per week.

How do you get back to the airport?

Return airport transfer can be arranged with the Ultimate Fitness staff on site. Taxi, Taxi and bus or 2 busses.

What do you need to bring?

Please bring suitable training gear such as trainers, a couple of pairs of shorts, sports bras and training tops. We advise bringing a gym towel and a beach towel. You can do a wash, the cost for this is 5 euros per load payable in cash to our staff. Also, bring a refillable water bottle. You can add on a water pack locally for 10euro per stay.

How much money do you need?

This depends on your own spending choices, but as most meals are covered you only need to cover your external excursions and activities, plus dinner each evening. Meals out are usually between €15 - €25, drinks excluded.

What excursion options are there for the weekend?

Excursions take place on Saturdays and are not included in the price of the program. There are various options: Robinson Catamaran Boat Trip: €65. After boarding and being introduced to the crew, we’ll hoist the sails with your help and set off on our relaxing catamaran trip, including goggles, flippers, lunch with drinks. Per person extra services: Transport 9€ Per person go and back.  

Formentor Look Out. Head up to the beautiful world heritage site with dramatic clifftop views. only possible by public bus, good to combine with going to Formentor beach.

Formentor Beach by ferry, 20 euro there and back from Port de Pollenca, bring your won drinks and snacks.

Water Park. The waterpark is in Alcudia, there is also a bigger one in Palma.

Rent a private boat for about 250 euro for 4 hours.

Take the bus and go shopping and sightseeing in Palma for the day. The bus is about 15 euro´s each way and takes about an hr.

Kite Surfing. In the Bay of Pollenca you can take kite surf lessons, or if you are already an expect you can rent the gear and enjoy a few hours of kiting.

Rent bikes, or even electric bikes. We have a contract with a Electric bike rental company and they bring the bikes to us for free. 1 day is around 35 euros.

Can I cook at the accommodation?

No you can't cook at the accommodation, we do have a small fridge and an area to prepare salads or fruits if you like. Breakfast and lunch are provided from Monday to Friday. Dinner is generally eaten out at local restaurants. We make reservations for you, or for the whole group if you like.

What is there to do when you are not training?

Plenty. Beaches, beach bars, amazing viewpoints, and look-outs. There are a range of tours you can do, from boat trips to cycling tours. There are local markets you can visit too, or even go to Palma town for the day. Check out the excursions available to you.

Get a massage!
We have a massage room and a fantastic masseuse. 85 euros per 60 min, or 45 euros per 30 min.

Take some extra PT sessions
You can book extra private training sessions, or private yoga sessions,locally or before you join. 60 euro´s an hour.

Explore the Area

Explore beaches, explore the area, enjoy additional hikes, and chill onthe roof terrace or in the cosy lounge area. Explore nearby towns (severaltowns 10-15 min by bus or car).

‍Stand Up Paddle

SUP is not guided. You are free to use the boards at the camp and take them to the beach (500m away)

Excursions

Saturday is the perfect day for excursions. Boat, markets, hikes, orshopping. Ultimate Fitness will make suggestions during the week and help you organize. Since boat trips are super popular, this needs to be arranged early onin the week.Saturday and Sunday no meals are included. Saturday and Sunday noactivities are included in the price.

Some Excursions like Pollenca for example require a local payment of a busticket (€3 each way) not included in the price.

Can we cater for Vegetarian and Vegan diets?

Yes. If you have any dietary requirements do let us know at time of booking.

When do Bootcamps start?

All our Bootcamps start each Sunday with options to join us from one week right up to 4 weeks. Please speak with one of the team if you cannot join us on Sunday.

Can you add personal training sessions to the programme locally?

Yes, you can book additional personal training sessions locally. Sessions cost 60 euros per session. If you are with 2 people we charge 75 euros, and the maximum is 3 people, 100 euros. You can arrange this locally or buy a pack up front. If you book 3 sessions a week, there is a 10% discount and guaranteed space.

How do I get around?

The accommodation is just a short walk to the beach in Cala san Vincent. The centre of the closest towns (Pollenca and Port de Pollenca)  is 15 minutes by bus, 10 minutes by taxi.  Taxis into town will cost about €15. You can also hire a car or scooter at various locations. We have some good contacts.

Is the shared accommodation mixed sex?

No, its same sex only, unless you book with your friend or partner. If you join alone and book a shared room, we will pair you up with someone of the same sex.

What happens on arrival?

On arrival, you can check in from 3 pm. Not earlier, because the clearners are in. You can check in until 8 pm. Because it is a shared apartment, late arrival is not possible, you would wake others up. If there is any delay in your arrival just let us know and we will come up with a solution.
We usually have a meal together on Sunday at 7pm, the best way to get to know each other. Would be great if you can make this.

Do I have to attend the training classes?

No you don't, no one will make you get out of bed to come train. But you will find it's very addictive and most clients have no issues making it to class. On average people train between 2 - 3 hours per day. You have a good mix of group training sessions and you can join the SUP sessions too. When you are not training you have the beach close by and a great garden to chill at!
