Fitness Bootcamp is not all about working out however, it’s important to stress the fun social atmosphere you get with these types of camps. The majority of people do tend to come alone, which makes them a great place to meet people.Everyone is in the same boat, it’s a super supportive atmosphere and very conducive to reaching your fitness goals, without feeling like it’s hard work.There are plenty of other activities on offer as well. Cool off in the Indian Ocean after a sweaty morning session and take time to relax and unwind or, if you still have lots of energy, join us for some stand up paddle, kayak or volleyball sessions.

Accommodation

Think of a super chilled beach-side community the way it should be! It really provides a community feeling and makes for a super bonding environment.

Located next to the Kitesurf lagoon, near the beach with private pool it is a piece of paradise.We have maximized the use of sustainable materials in the resort and feel it complements the paradise feel perfect. It’s not built up or overdeveloped, just beautiful.

The beach bungalow offers twin-share en-suite accommodation in our beautiful beachside bungalows. These rooms with 2 separate comfy beds.Note we do not have air conditioning in resort, rooms are fan-cooled plus we are by the ocean giving a nice sea breeze.

Our resort while stunning is not high-end luxury, so please take this into consideration if expecting a luxury retreat experience.

Training

The Ultimate Fitness Bootcamp location in Croatia is one the largest and newest gyms in the region, equipped with the latest state-of-the-art line of equipment. All the weights and machines you could hope for.

From Monday to Friday, there are up to 4 group fitness classes a day and on Saturday we have laid on an extra High-intensity training session for you.

We start the day 3 days a week with an early morning yoga sessions followed by a training session. 2 days a week there is no yoga, and you can sleep just a little longer before joining the morning fitness session. Then we have a lovely long breakfast with everything you can dream off!For lunch, you can stay in, or join us on the excursions (Stand UP Paddle, Hikes) and eat in local restaurants. We also plan in free time, so you can enjoy the wellness centre and maybe book yourself in for a massage.In the late afternoon, more training sessions with our amazing trainers are planned in. You do not have to join all sessions, but 99% of the time people do join. That is why you booked...After that, it´s time to freshen up and go for dinner in the on-sight restaurant.

FAQ´s

Where do I fly into?

You will need to fly into Colombo International Airport in Sri Lanka.

How long is the transfer to Bootcamp?

The shared transfer takes approximately 3 hours, on Sunday at 3pm. Please consider this when booking return flights. During travel days, not all meals are included. During your stay you will be provided with breakfast, lunch and dinner, except on the day of your arrival (only dinner), and the day of departure, (only breakfast).  Transfer costs. You can join our set shared transfer on Sunday at 3pm. This costs €25 pp or you can make your own way in a taxi, which is approximately €90.

What do you need to bring?

Please bring suitable training gear such as trainers, a couple of pairs of shorts, sports bras and training tops. We advise bringing a towel as well to take to the gym and a beach towel. We will provide you with 2 towels per week for showering.The resort is fairly remote so please bring all essentials with you, there is a limited selection of goods that can be purchased locally. Please also bring a refillable water bottle as we do not like disposable plastic water bottles in the resort. Lastly please take everything back with you, including empty plastic shampoo bottles. It's important that we protect and preserve this beautiful space for others to enjoy.

What is there to do when you are not training?

Plenty. Anything from whale watching (in season), kitesurfing (in season), beaches or relaxing in a hammock under the palm trees with a good book!

There is a range of tours you can do like visiting national reserves, and activities including kite safaris, stand-up paddling, snorkelling and diving.

What is the normal demographic split?

Probably 60% female, 40% male. Everyone will have different goals and motivations for booking the camp too. With girls, it's usually about toning up, weight loss and body confidence. Boys tend to focus more on strength and conditioning training. Not exclusively, there are people who join for all reasons. The important thing to consider is everyone is catered for, and people's goals might change throughout your stay.

Can we cater for Vegetarian and Vegan diets?

Yes. If you have any dietary requirements do let us know at time of booking.
