Pronoia Bali is located in Jimbaran Bay, 150 meters from the beach.
Utilising a 10,000 sq meter training area both indoors and outdoors. Full cross-fit set up, beach volleyball courts, Astroturf training area, and full indoor gym with free weights and resistance machines.
For cooling down there is a huge lap pool. If you are looking to chill between training sessions, you can enjoy the largest south facing pool in Bali, with beach club. With an impressive roster of training sessions, we are continually improving our fitness routines. You will have multiple classes to pick and choose from, so beginners and advanced athletes are welcome. A week might typically include Cross-fit style workouts, HIIT training (High-intensity interval training), Strenght & technique training, Stretching classes, Metcon and Circuit Training.
The timetable can change depending on the roster of trainers, and weather conditions may also affect the activity, but the itinerary gives you an idea of some of the styles of training available. It is really comprehensive and everything here is to help you achieve your goals.
Excursions renot included but you can also enjoy a wide variety of activities and excursions our partners can help you organise. This means, you can to see and experience the best of Bali, and have a fun-filled action-packed itinerary when you are not training.
It’s a great way to meet other people and really get the most out of your holiday. From surf beaches and surf lessons, beach clubs, trips to temples, and a day out to Ubud.
The Monkey Forest, rices paddies and waterfalls all make Bali an incredible experience you can't miss out on. And if you're feeling brave, the famous Bali Swing is an optional activity you can choose to sign on for.
Your fitness training will be complemented perfectly with a fun shared villa and epic pool, right next door to the training area. The villa is located 150 meters from the beach in Jimbaran.
There are several accommodation options:
Twin room: we partner you up with a member of the same sex. These rooms are ensuite.
Single room: your own room. These rooms are ensuite.
4-Share room: There are two 4-Share rooms. Both rooms have two bunk beds. One 4-Share is for Girls only and one 4-Share is mixed.
The 4-Share rooms share one bathroom. We have one extra toilet in the apartment, plus we have a modern shower block with toilets and showers right next-door by the pool, plus we have a shower block at the gym area! So there won't be a long waiting time, but please take into account the 4 share is more hostel style accommodation, which reflects the cheaper price.
Note: 4 share does not include lunches. Only breakfast Monday to Friday.
Working out together and living together is a very bonding experience, it’s a great way to meet like-minded people and make new friends.

The Private Villa Package in Bali is here for you if you prefer your own villa. You can expect luxury and privacy. You can book the villa just for yourself or share it with friends or family.
The inclusions of the Ultimate Fitness Bootcamp are the same, plus an additional 2 PT sessions exclusively for your group, and 2 in-villa massages per person.
All villas are located within a 10 min walk from the training area and restaurant. No more than 500 meters from the beach!
The price depends on if you book the villa just for you or if you are booking with other people. We have priced the 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom villas up. If you prefer a 3 bedroom villa please ask us for the options and a quote.
The first thing to mention is that no two days will be the same. Also, depending on your own personal fitness goals timetables can vary depending on the fitness programmes you select.
We are very proud of our roster of fitness trainers. We boast some of the top fitness trainers in the industry. Whether you are not fit in the slightest and looking to improve your fitness or are a professional athlete, our trainers can give you the push you need.
One thing we should mention is that we are not a huge gym with lot´s of walk-ins where it is all about cramming as many people in as possible. At UF, we run smaller groups of up to 20, meaning more personalised training and attention from our trainers.
Flights are not included. Please also book with us first, before booking your flight. We will need to reserve your place and make sure there is availability.
Send us what you would like from your trip using our Build Your Trip booking form, and we will come back to you within 24 hours to confirm. Once we have issued you your confirmation invoice, you are then good to book your flights into Denpasar, Bali.
The maximum amount of time you can join is eight weeks. We are limited by the Visa restrictions. In most cases, you can get a 30-day Visa on arrival and then extend this to 60 days.
VOA(Visa On Arrival) cost is IDR 500k and you can extend it for another 30 days.
Please note this advice is subject to change so you should do your own research into visas and entry requirements as well.
Most people who attend the camp, are independent travelers and arrive at the camp on their own. If you are concerned about traveling solo, don't be. There is such a social atmosphere at the camp, and it is a really supportive environment where everyone gets to know each other very quickly.
Serious physical exercise in a group can be quite a bonding experience we assure you! So really it does not take long for people to get to know one another.
The training schedule takes place at our own on-site training area. Roll out of bed straight into it. You also have access to train there and use the equipment throughout the day.
Much of the training program is focused on HIIT or Crossfit Style. Due to the intensity of these sessions, it can be quite strenuous on your body, so we include a lot of rest time and more low-intensity activities to help your body recover and rebuild in between sessions.

Some people are new to training, and fitness in general. If you are feeling out of your depth or if you want to discuss your fitness goals and get advice on the best training plan for you, our resort based trainers is there for you.
While we endeavour to sit down with guests to run them through the training options individually, it is up to you to speak up and talk to our trainers about what you need. The UF team is here to help, but we can only help if you ask.

The camp is located near the beach in Jimbaran Bay in Bali.
You will need to fly into Bali Denpasar International Airport. After booking with us, you'll be asked to provide your flight details and we will meet you in arrivals outside the airport. A short, 10 minute taxi ride will take you to your accommodation. On the first day of your training, our Ultimate Fitness rep will give you a full introduction, introduce you to the trainers, show you around the camp and talk you through the training timetable. Everything is made easy for you, allowing you to just focus on having a great time, getting fit and having a great holiday.
Return airport transfers can be arranged with the Ultimate Fitness staff on site. Price is around 10 - 15 Euro.
We recommend you join us for four weeks at the Bali fitness boot camp to get the most out of your time. Many people are constrained by how much time they have off work, so most people go for two weeks. You can get a 30 day visa for Bali fairly easily, if you wish to stay up to 8 weeks you will need to extend your Visa.The main benefit you will take home is the knowledge of how to maintain and improve your fitness, along with a solid foundation or fitness. Of course, you also have had a fantastic holiday in Bali as well, and it is not that often you can say you’ve come back from holiday feeling better than when you left!Short-term guests will receive an amazing kick start to their health and fitness routine. Many who travel with us use this as a kick-start to their travels as well, after all, if you are hitting the beaches in Bali, you want to look and feel good.If you are looking to go long-term and see drastic improvements, we recommend splitting your time between here and our Sri Lanka, Spain or Thailand fitness Bootcamp for up to 6 months of training!
Please bring suitable training gear, such as trainers, a couple of pairs of shorts, sports bras and training tops. We advise bringing a gym towel and a beach towel or a sarong, or buy it here in Bali. You can do a wash, the cost for this is about 5 euros per load, payable locally. Bring a refillable water bottle.
This depends on your own spending choices, but as breakfast and lunch from Monday to Friday are included and meals out are usually between €15 - €25. You can add on excursions locally.

Many! You can do a lot of really exciting excurions in Bali, You can have a chat with our team when you are there, but there are waterfalls, Nice villages, beach clubs, surfing, hiking volcanoes etc. At weekends you will have time to explore Bali on your own, or with others from the boot camp.
No, you can't cook at the accommodation, but breakfast and lunch are provided from Monday to Friday, except for the 4 share option but you can add it on locally. Dinner is generally eaten out at local restaurants. We make reservations for you, or for the whole group if you like. But you can also easily order it; it's cheap.
High season is the dry season. Between April and September, Bali is typically busier than usual. While temperatures are pretty constant all year round, it's rainfall that can make the difference between the months. In rainy season, usually between October through to March, you can expect downpours mainly at night. It doesn't necessarily mean it's going to be constantly raining all the time. You can have some heavy rains and then it's sunny. It is also cooler to train during the rainy season. The boot camp runs all year, come rain or shine.

All our Bootcamps start each Sunday with options to join us from one week right up to 8 weeks. Please speak with one of the team if you cannot join us on Sunday.
Yes. The four-bedroom accommodation has1bathroom and this is for the 4 share girls and guys, but we have several other shower and toilet blocks at the resort. If you're travelling with a friend or partner make sure to mention their names in the "travelling with" section of the booking form.
Scooters are widely available for hire; however, we do not recommend people hire them. Traffic conditions are crazy in Bali, and it is not uncommon for people to have a very serious accident on a scooter. We will not take any responsibility for any accidents or damage that occurs from clients renting scooters.Taxis are cheap and easy to arrange.

Yes! 90% of our clients join the boot camp on their own. In fact far from being a problem, we would encourage people to do so. It's a very social environment at the camp and you will make friends very quickly.
No you don't, no one will make you get out of bed to come training. But you will find it's very addictive and most clients have no issues making it to class.On average people train between 2 - 3 hours per day. You have a good mix of group cross fit training sessions and optional personal training session too, although the latter will require local payment.Can you add personal training sessions to the programme locally?Yes you can book additional personal training sessions locally.
