Cross Training has become extremely popular in recent years by utilising a variety of functional training exercises, equipment and methods. The Cross Training class is designed to increase every factor of a participant's fitness, strength, speed, power, flexibility, agility and cardio. In this class coaches will be using a high level of intensity and pace. Variety will be a big factor in how classes will be programmed, constantly changing the body's system. This class is 45 minutes long and ore intense than the other classes. You can choose to scale this class by using light or heavier weights and the increasing the intensity.
Strength & Conditioning is where you will learn the exercise techniques that will lay the foundation for future training. Beginners and advanced athletes can attend this class. We emphasize traditional resistance exercises and basic cardiovascular techniques. The goal of this class is to build up strength, stamina and form to be able to advance your current fitness level. A variety of equipment and methods will be used to improve your strength, power and stamina. Class intensity will be high while also introducing techniques for more experiences athletes as well as for the beginners. You can choose to scale this class by using light or heavier weights and the increasing the intensity.
Olympic Lifting: Perfect your form and get the most out of your lift. Every Wednesday at 3pm we focus on the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. It involves participants completing two separate lifts; the snatch and the clean and jerk. In this class you will learn how to perform these two lifts, increasing power, speed, flexibility and strength.
The class is recommended for those who have little or no experience with theses lifts. Coaches will put heavy emphasis on obtaining proper form and execution before you start to really increase weight used in these exercises.
Body 360 is our version of BodyFit. It is an all-over cardio and body pump workout. Sessions will never be the same from day to day, so you hit every muscle group and maximise weight loss and fitness. A complete beginner to the advanced can use this class. Every exercise is explained beforehand and carefully monitored during the workout to make sure a good form is maintained. You can choose to scale this class by using light or heavier weights and the increasing the intensity.
Yoga. It goes without saying that yoga is amazing for your flexibility. Completely optional but a great mix in with your workout routine. You have unlimited yoga session access.
We practice traditional sivananda yoga and yoga for athletes. Ultimate Fitness enjoys a purpose-built yoga studio. Our yoga classes run five days a week and are taught by fully qualified and vastly experienced instructors.
Open Mat Sessions. The whole camp is at your disposal to do our own workout. Use all the equipment the camp offers like battle ropes, assault course, med ball, torsonater, Olympic weightlifting bars with plates you can drop and a bunch of free weights so you can do your own WOD (workout of the Day) by yourself or team up with some of the other clients.
Spinning. 3 times per week we have spinning class, Mon, Wed and Fri at 6.15pm. We will also throw in some bodyweight exercises as well to mix it up. We are taking spinning classes to a new level, it will be different to a normal spinning class but we can assure you will love this class.

There’s a great atmosphere at the camp and everyone encourages each other to push hard. Everyone is very supportive and usually, the person who finishes last gets the most encouragement. Very different from working out in a normal gym. It’s really addictive!
